SPACE on Ryder Farm CSA Membership Registration Form
Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis, though a percentage of shares are reserved for those who qualify for EBT benefits. Once you complete the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with invoice. CSA programs are extremely helpful to the financial operations of a farm, as they provide support early in the season when cash outlays for seeds, field supplies/preparation and repairs are highest. To that end, we hope as many members as possible will consider paying for their shares in full! Payment plans, however, are available upon request.

As a member of the SPACE on Ryder Farm CSA, I understand that: (1) My farm share is available for pickup on the day I designated above. I take full responsibility for making sure my share is promptly picked up, and if I cannot retrieve it myself I will arrange for someone else to pick it up or notify SPACE (via email at csa@spaceonryderfarm.org) no later than 24 hours before my scheduled pickup. (2) If I have designated that I will pick up my share at Ryder Farm, I understand and agree that if my share is not picked up by Thursday at 5pm I will forfeit my bag and am voluntarily donating it to a local organization at SPACE’s discretion. (3) If I have designated that I will pick up my share in NYC, I understand and agree that if my share is not picked up in the allotted time frame I forfeit my bag and am voluntarily donating it to a local organization at SPACE’s discretion. (4) I will regularly receive a diversity of seasonal vegetables, and understand that special requests cannot be accommodated. (5) I will pay my balance due on time, and in full.
