Important Information for Food Vendors

Food Vendors:  Deadline to apply is January 20th.  

You will need a TFF.  Please provide the following permits via email to info@simplycraftedmarkets.com

Shared Kitchen Agreement OR Cottage Food Operations Permit required for:

Pre-packaged food, pre-packaged food with sampling or on-site food preparation

Pet Food Processors Permit required for pre-packaged pet food

One of the following health department fees will be added to your invoice:

TFF Pre-Package - $82
TFF Pre-Package with Sampling - $116
TFF On-Site Food Preparation - $184

⚠️ Important Safety Requirement

⚠️ Vendors who arrive without the required weights will not be allowed to set up and will not receive a refund.

All umbrellas and canopies must be secured with proper weights.

Umbrellas: require a base plus a minimum of 15 pounds of additional weight.

Canopies: require at least 10 pounds on each leg.

This policy is strictly enforced for your safety and the safety of everyone else at the market.

Vendor Information
  • No electricity at location.
  • Vendors are required to be set up for the space size selected (10' x 10' canopy space or 6' x 8' umbrella space) - white preferred but not enforced.
  • Vendors are required to bring their own tables, tablecloths and chairs and stay within your marked space.
  • All vendors are encouraged to "go big" and be creative with set up.
