Hello Parents & Guardians!! We Free Hearts is excited to partner with Concord International Elementary School to offer a Parents Night Out during the Concord International Elementary Fundraiser.

Please take a few minutes to fill out this form to sign-up for the Parent's Night Out. This form includes our Waiver & Release of Liability, Photo Release Form, plus additional information we need to create a successful night for your children.

Drop-off begins at 6pm, followed by an icebreaker, dinner (included in the cost), movie & popcorn! Please plan to arrive for pick-up no later than 10:45pm. However, you are welcome to pick-up your child(ren) at anytime that works for you. Thank you for signing up for Concord International Elementary Fundraiser PNO!
