Financial Aid Workshop Sign Up
Form needs to be completed in order to attend one of the Financial Aid Workshops.

We are excited to announce three upcoming Financial Aid Workshops to assist both students and parents in completing the necessary financial aid applications, including FAFSA, Dream Act, and TAP.

Workshop Details:
  • Thursday, February 6th from 3 PM to 5 PM; Cafeteria *There will be financial aid counselors from CUNY present who will assist BOTH students and parents* 
  • Tuesday, February 11th from 3 PM to 5 PM; Cafeteria
  • Saturday, March 1st from 10 AM to 12 PM; Cafeteria
Please bring the following information and documents to the workshop: 
  • Social Security Number (if applicable)
  • Green Card Number (if applicable)
  • 2023 Income Tax Return (the entire packet)
  • Parent‘s FSA ID (email and password)
  • Parent’s date of birth
  • If parents are married, separated, divorced, or widowed, then we need the month and the year
  • Picture of parents' New York State driver's license or New York State ID
