LIABILITY WAIVER
1. I understand that Sunny Lifeguards will be providing professional lifeguard services during the swim party to the best of their ability.
2. I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for the safety of all guests and swimmers at the private home swim party, and that Sunny Lifeguards is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event.
3. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the private lifeguard(s), their employers, agents, and representatives., from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of Sunny Lifeguard services for the private home swim party.
4. I acknowledge that swimming and other water activities involve inherent risks and that the Sunny Lifeguards cannot guarantee the safety of all participants or prevent all accidents from occurring.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to sunnylifeguards@gmail.com.
2. A 10% cancellation processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all cancellations.
3. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled party date.
4. Half refunds will be issued for cancellations made up to 48 hours before scheduled party date.
5. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled party date.
