If you are having additional attendees come along with you please list their names below. Be sure to list their first and last names for name tag purposes.
Set Up and Arrival Time
Each management company will have a designated area with a table and chairs provided. You may bring your own signage, marketing items and give away items. Each management company will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to the event starting to set up and be ready to for the first group of participants at 3:00PM.
I understand that I and anyone participating with me will need to arrive NO LATER than 2:30PM on 1/18/18 to set up.
Optional NAAPAC Donation
This event is to help USAA raise money for NAAPAC. If you would like to personally donate to NAAPAC please complete the form that was sent to you via email, save as a PDF and upload here. You may make your payment by bringing a PERONAL check to our office or pay with a PERSONAL credit or debit card. Please note--if paying with a personal credit or debit card a 4% service fee will be added.
USAA's Cancelation Policy--You must cancel 72 hours prior to the event day. You will be invoiced $50 if not canceled within that 72 hour period.
