will host the Suffolk County Food Managers Training and Certification Course on Thursday November 14th from 8:30am - 5:00pm where participants will learn to develop food safety plans to reduce the risk of food-borne illnesses in food service establishments.
This one day course and exam includes instruction from approved program provider, Chris Argento, of Nutritional Management Services. East End Food will provide a digital course manual for your review before the class. You will also be given a printed copy on the day of the class. You will receive the results of your exam the same day. Certificates will be mailed to you within 1 week of the course.
To sign up, please complete this registration form. We will follow up within 2 business days with an invoice to submit payment for the course registration fee. Registration fees must be paid prior to participating in the course.
Unlike past years, participants must provide their own lunch. We recommend that you pack a lunch. If you neglect to pack a lunch there are quick take-out options available within a 5 minute drive on Route 39 (South Fork Deli, Rotunda, Melrose Pizza, and Goldberg's Bagels.)
Cost: $200.00 per person (printed course manual, morning & afternoon coffee, and mailed certificate included). You will receive an emailed invoice for payment within 2 business days following your registration.
