Hey Harvest Family! Are you looking for ways to connect and learn more about the ministry? If the answer is yes, then join us at our Ministry Fair on Sunday, Sept 8th, immediately after 10:30AM worship service! During this time, you can learn about all the ministries at Harvest Church, get to know other ministry partners, and inquire directly about ways to stay connected! There will be food, fellowship, a pie-in-the-face contest, and so much more—fun for all ages!
The purpose of the pie-in-the-face contest is to cultivate some family fun while raising money for Pastor Appreciation Month in Oct/Nov 2024.
Below are the guidelines for our contest:
- Nominations:
Each nomination is $1 each.
You can nominate more than one person.
Nominations are anonymous to nominees.
All nominees are asked to be partners of Harvest Church and over the age of 18.
To nominate someone, you need to complete two (2) items:
1) Complete the form below
2) Submit your non-refundable monetary nomination via PayPal (on the website) or via CashApp at $HarvestChurchNN (please add "Pie" and Your Last Name in the comments).
- Nominees:
Anyone nominated will be sent an email letting them know that they've been nominated.
Nominations are anonymous to nominees.
All nominees are asked to be partners of Harvest Church and over the age of 18.
Only the top (3) nominees will participate in the contest.
Nominees will choose who will throw the pie in the face.
While we pray for everyone's willingness to participate, nominees are more than welcome to opt out at anytime via email and your name will not be displayed in the standings.
- Standings:
Our Pie-In-The-Face contest will occur during the event. Standings will be posted with a person's first initials and last name on our website. Only paid votes will be displayed.
- Pie Contents:
All the “pies” thrown in this contest will be lightweight aluminum pie tins filled with whipped cream.
- Proceeds:
All proceeds will go towards Pastor Appreciation Month festivities in Oct/Nov 2024.
All nominations (including this form) and all monetary donations will close out on Tuesday, Sep 3rd.
