This survey is designed to solicit feedback for the development of a new Submersible Pilot logbook. There are a lot of documents already available within the community, and the idea is to capture the best and most efficient parts of these logbooks to help develop a standardized logbook.

What is your interpretation of the purpose/usage of a "Submersible Pilot Logbook"?
Do you currently log your submersible piloting hours? *
