There are two portions of the reunion available to attend. Please fill out this form if you plan on attending either portion of the reunion.
THE 10TH FRAME

LOCATION: The 10th Frame, Appleton, WI
COST: $25 per person
The event will include:
* Buffet dinner
* Light appetizers
* Cash bar
Each 10th Frame guest may invite one adult plus-one.
Tickets need to be paid for by SUNDAY JULY 6th, so we can send a final head count to 10th Frame.
