The Dec. 7 Portland Section meeting features a wine, chocolate, and cheese-tasting adventure under the supervision of master wine maker Alex Clark (an ACS member from New York) from Silas Wines in Amity. There will be an interactive tasting sheet so attendees will learn about the chemistries of wine, cheese and chocolate.
Wines: 4 wines for tasting, glass of bubbly to start. Paired food: small buffet of chocolate (3 or 4 types) and cheese (4 or 5).Other food: hors d'oeuvres
