Welcome to our Fall Art Classes registration form! We're excited to offer free multimedia art classes this season. Please fill out the following information to register.

ALL CLASSES ARE FREE. MATERIALS WILL BE PROVIDED.

Week-Long Programs (Tue-Fri Classes):
*Reminder: Ages are suggested guidelines;  Students close to the listed age group are welcome to join.

AUDIOJOURNALISM
Sep 16 - Nov 18: Tuesdays
4:30pm - 6pm | Ages 14 - 18
Tell the stories that matter. In this class, students will learn to report, write, and produce audio pieces that highlight the voices, issues, and experiences of their community.

FILMMAKING
Sep 17 - Nov 19: Wednesdays
4pm - 6pm | Ages 14 - 18
Students will bring their scripts to life in this hands-on filmmaking class! Learn writing, directing, shooting, and editing techniques while collaborating to produce short films.

SESSIONS LA MUSIC BOOTCAMP
Sep 17 - Nov 19: Wednesdays
6pm - 8pm | Ages 16 - 21
Create your own music and explore how the industry works! Then, dive into hands-on time to make beats, write lyrics, and produce original tracks. No experience required.

STOP MOTION ANIMATION
Sep 18 - Nov 20: Thursdays
3:30pm - 5:30pm | Ages 10 - 14
This class introduces the dynamic world of digital art using Procreate. From mastering essential tools to creating stunning artwork, unleash your creativity in this hands-on class. iPads provided or bring your own. 

DIGITAL DRAWING
Sep 19 - Nov 21: Fridays

Embark on a design journey! This class introduces the dynamic world of digital art using Procreate. From mastering essential tools to creating stunning artwork, unleash your creativity in this hands-on class. iPads provided or bring your own. 

POR VIDA MEDIA YOUTH COLLECTIVE
Sep 19 - Nov 21: Fridays
4pm - 6pm | Ages 16 - 21
Artists explore their voices across film, audio, photography, writing and more. Students develop projects in various mediums, collaborate with peers and access BHAC's studios, gear, and mentorship. 

CARTOONS & CEREAL 
Last Saturday of each month | Sep 27, Oct 25, Nov 29
9am - 11am | All Ages
Join us the last Saturday of each month to enjoy a free cereal buffet, classic cartoons and follow along with our artist-led activities. 

DUNGEONS & DRAGONS
Year-Round | Saturdays
Group 1: 11am-1pm (ages 13-17)
Group 2: 11:30am-1:30pm (ages 9-13)
Join one of our Dungeons & Dragons groups! With each sessions, we create epic adventures through a mix of imagination, strategy, and teamwork guided by a Dungeon Master who crafts unique scenarios and challenges.

Día De Los Muertos Workshops (Saturdays):
*Open to all ages.

PAINTING CALAVERAS
September 20th: 12pm - 2pm
Students will learn to paint 3-D printed calaveras. This class will help participants begin crafting materials for an altar. 

CREATING MINIATURES FOR DIA DE LOS MUERTOS
September 27th & October 4th: 12pm - 2pm
Participants will design and build miniature alebrijes (spirit animals), marigolds, and other objects perfect for altar displays or gifts.

COLLAGING ALTARES
October 11th: 12pm - 2pm
Participants will design and build miniature alebrijes (spirit animals), marigolds, and other objects perfect for altar displays or gifts.

3-D PRINTING
October 18th: 12pm - 2pm
Learn the basics of 3D printing and how it works! Practice the fundamentals of finding designs, scaling and finding the right filament.

ALTAR ASSEMBLY
October 25th: 12pm - 2pm
Participants will learn how to assemble their own mini altar using techniques from the previous workshops, implementing traditional techniques along with more modern designs and styles.
