The following google form must be submitted by Monday July 14th to be considered a candidate.
This form linked below is an additional form that must be completed and submitted by August 1st.
Below is a link to the Candidate Tentative Schedule of Events through the end of 2025 for you to see what upcoming events you will have. Please let us know ASAP if there are any conflicts with your schedule for any of these events. We will do our best to be flexible with these dates if possible, but the sooner we know, the better!
Attached below is the Sponsorship Acknowledgement Form which does need a physical signature from your sponsor. Please have this printed and signed by your sponsor and turned in by July 14th. You may mail or drop off this form at the following address or upload a copy of the document with a signature to the queen candidate email.
