Before submitting your application, please take note of the following rules and guidelines:

1) All band members must be 18 year or older or have parent or gaurdian permission.

2) Submissions must be received at minimum 30 to 60 days prior to the event date.

3) Incomplete applications will not be considered.

4) Only original music or properly licensed covers are allowed.

5) Performers selected to perform will be notified by an event representative directly.

One Event At a Time reserves the right to make final decisions on the lineup.

In consideration of being allowed to participate as a volunteer, I hereby assume all risks and responsibilities associated with my volunteer activities, including those resulting from my own actions.
