Group Training (Package Includes):
Strength in unity! (Max. 10 people)

Beginners and advanced participants are welcome.

To maintain good health, we need 2-3 hours of active exercise per week. Why not spend this time with a great team?

A great choice if you want to lose weight, get stronger, or simply avoid getting exhausted by the time you to the third floor.

Duration: 55 minutes


Sports Rehabilitation (Package Includes):

In case of injury, sports rehabilitation is essential to ensure a safe return to physical activity.

Before every program, we conduct a detailed musculoskeletal assessment to create a personalized and effective prevention and rehabilitation plan. Our goal is to minimize the risk of reinjury. If necessary, we collaborate with doctors or physiotherapists to plan and monitor the rehabilitation process, helping the individual reintegrate into daily life or sports activities.

During rehabilitation, we use movement therapy and additional tools such as cupping, blade, and flossing. If needed, kinesiology tape is also applied to support recovery.

Duration:
First session: 60 minutes
Following sessions: 50 minutes
