SOUL SEED Cohort Application

Welcome to the FINDING YOUR FREEDOM PRACTICE: SOUL SEED Application!

WHAT IS “FINDING YOUR FREEDOM PRACTICE”?

FINDING YOUR FREEDOM PRACTICE is a community of practice for people committed to their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

This experience invites participants into an ongoing practice of personal and collective transformation. The word practice here refers to any repeated action, habit, or way of being that helps you become more aligned with your values, purpose, and favorite version of yourself. Together, we'll explore the relationship between our inner lives and the world around us through self reflection, creative expression, body-centered learning, community accountability, and compassionate curiosity.

WHAT IS THE "SOUL SEED" COHORT?

This inaugural Soul Seed cohort is for people who understand that growth doesn't happen through information alone. It happens through practice, relationship, and showing up for ourselves and one another. You do not need to be an expert, have everything figured out, or arrive "healed." We invite you to come curious, ready to leave your comfort zone (even just one step). Personal reflection and community practice is what makes this doable and life changing.

These small seeds are what take root and become a flourishing movement.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

Over the course of three months, participants will engage with:

  • A series of short, interactive video teachings
  • Practical exercises and embodied practices
  • Journaling and self-reflection prompts
  • Community gatherings and conversations
  • Opportunities for creative expression
  • Shared accountability and encouragement from fellow participants
  • Space to offer feedback that will help shape the future of this growing movement and wellness ecosystem

BEFORE YOU APPLY

The Soul Seed Cohort is designed for people who are ready to actively participate in this process. While perfection is never expected, we ask participants to commit to:

  • Engaging with the course materials throughout the three-month experience
  • Attending online community gatherings when possible
  • Practicing honest self-reflection
  • Contributing to a culture of respect, compassion, and accountability
  • Supporting fellow participants in their growth journeys
  • Offering feedback to help strengthen and evolve the program

YOUR FIRST PRACTICE

Joining the Soul Seed Cohort includes a $100 financial investment.

We see this contribution as more than a registration fee. It’S an opportunity to practice commitment before the cohort even begins. Freedom grows through the choices we make and the ways we invest our time, energy, attention, and resources toward what matters most.

This first investment is a way of saying, “I am willing to show up for my growth, my healing, and my community.”

Your contribution helps sustain the work, support the learning experience, and nurture a community rooted in courage, compassion, and collective liberation.

Please take a moment to consider whether this season of life allows you to meaningfully engage with these commitments.
