What is The Ayah Project?

The Ayah Project is a volunteer-led registered non-profit that aims to promote diversity and equity by uplifting historically marginalized LGBTQIA+ Muslim communities in the US. Our vision is to ensure our voices are heard and understood. We are a mix of practicing and non-practicing Muslims. However, we warmly welcome friends, families, and allies to our events.
