The Rotary Club of Winston-Salem is pleased to present applications for the 2026 Benevolent Fund.
1. All grant requests must be submitted through this online application. This online application is the only application information that will be reviewed. Hard copies, emails, and other forms of submission will NOT be considered.
2. The grant application period begins on 3/01/26. The deadline for submission is 04/01/2026 at 11:59pm. Grant requests submitted after this deadline will NOT be considered.
3. The granting of funds is solely at the discretion of the Rotary Club of Winston-Salem.
4. Applicants will be notified via email of the decision of the Benevolent Fund Committee by May 31. Payments will be made from our account at the Winston-Salem Foundation.
5. Only organizations within the city limits of Winston-Salem will be funded. Any organization with multiple locations should only apply for their Winston-Salem location.
6. Our club feels it is important for our members to endorse the agencies that we fund. As such, you will be required to have a member of the Downtown Winston-Salem Rotary Club endorse your application. The member should supply a statement of support and provide their name. You cannot endorse your own organization and applications without a member endorsement will not be considered.
