I will stand with my colleagues to make Fairfax County Public Schools the best it can be for students, staff, and the communities we serve by bargaining for the common good. Building power with our union is the best way to bring about our vision of inclusion, equity, and fantastic outcomes for our students.

As part of the Contract Action Team, I am taking responsibility to facilitate 2-way communication between my work site and our union, FEA. I will listen to questions, issues, and concerns from colleagues at my workplace, and share them with our union, and I will share the information I get from FEA with my work site.

I will participate in Contract Action Team activities at my worksite so that we show visible and effective district-wide support for our colleagues who represent us at the table.
