Registration Agreement  • I understand that once a membership application has been accepted by Beaver Summer Camp, our deposit is non-refundable. All monies become nonrefundable if you have not notified the camp office in writing of changes in your registration by May 1, 2022.   • I agree to pay the balance of membership fee on or before April 1, 2022.  All registrations that occur after April 1st will be charged in full at the time of registration.

Liability Waiver  I agree that I and my family will abide by the regulations of Beaver Summer Camp Family Swim Club. For myself and my family, I HEREBY RELEASE BEAVER AND ALL OF ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES FROM ALL LIABILITY OR CLAIMS OF ANY KIND WHICH MAY ARISE IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH OUR PARTICIPATION IN THE FAMILY SWIM CLUB, including but not limited to any claims my family or I might have arising from personal injury or any other harm to me, members of my family, or others caused by any act or omission of Beaver or any of its officers, agents or employees, or condition of pools, grounds or other facilities.
