First Friday Non Profit Fee Information
Your FIRST month is complimentary; additional months are $25 each. Please select which month(s) you would like to participate as a vendor at First Friday. An invoice will be sent to your email address above upon approval.

Apply for City Vendor Permit
Along with the First Friday invoice, you will also receive the City of Poughkeepsie Individual Vendor Permit Application that must be filled out and returned to City Hall at least two weeks prior to an event. Nonprofits will not be afforded a table at their requested event(s) without this permit. You can download the application here:

Activate your Booth
First Friday is all about fun and interaction, so we ask that all nonprofit vendors supplement their booths with games or activities. In the space below, please describe how you would ‘activate’ your booth. We’d be happy to provide suggestions!
