The EASD Music Club benefits ALL members in ALL musical activities, elementary through high school ages. We are an all-volunteer organization aimed at keeping the EASD music program a success! We rely on the help of everyone to help us accomplish this. Please thoughtfully consider how you can help these talented students by making a contribution of your time.

Carpentry / Electrical
Sewing / Costuming
Ride on bus (travel events only) and sit in the bleachers with the band. Help with various assigned duties such as restroom supervision, distributing water, plumes and picking up trash in bleachers. Clearances required.
STADIUM CLEAN UP
Stay after home football games to pick up trash in bleachers. Earns Music Club credits
CONCESSION STAND WORKER
Help with stand set up, preparing and/or selling food and clean up stand for outdoor home football and boys’ soccer games and indoor boys'/girls' basketball games and wrestling matches. Earn Music Club credits.
BAND PIT CREW
Help to load/unload the trailer for away games. Help to set up pit instruments, etc. for both home and away games.
BAND SENIOR RECOGNITION NIGHT
Help with reception for senior band students and their parents before the last home football game. Senior parents should not sign up to volunteer for this event.
Help with set up, refreshments, chaperoning and clean up. Held after the last home football game. Clearances required.
ORCHESTRA POPS CONCERT
Help with set up, decorations, refreshments and clean up. Usually held in November.
MUSIC CLUB AWARDS BANQUET
Help set up and decorate cafeteria for evening to celebrate ALL students in band, chorus, and orchestra. Parents and students attend. Usually held first Monday evening in May.
Should be available for all or a part of the time period between 1:30 and 5:00 pm to help sort and distribute products. Volunteers to coordinate/conduct a fundraiser are also needed. Fundraisers are held two to four times a year.
Donate baked goods, snacks, drinks and/or paper products for various Music Club functions.
Fix things pertaining to Music Club equipment, musical set design and construction.
SEWING / COSTUMING
Musical costume sewing or costume gathering
BAND CAMP (AUGUST)
Chaperone at band camp during lunch time, help with picnic on the last day of band camp. Clearances required.
