Instructions:  This form is the first part of the registration process.  Carefully read and complete this form and submit. For new students, official registration paperwork must be completed at the School Board Office with Ms. Esther Watson (744-6117 or estherwatson@catahoulaschools.com). Any questions about any part of the process, please email Eric Chauvin at ericchauvin@catahoulaschools.com.

Completing this application does not guarantee enrollment in the CPVS. A decision email will be sent within 3-5 business days following submission of this application, beginning in July 2025.

Be sure you read Item #7!  No devices (Chromebooks, Wi-fi hot spots, etc.)will be issued for virtual instruction.

Also know that there will not be a live teacher teaching your child.  You, as the parent, become the teacher.  You will have an online teacher/counselor that will check in at least once a week via email or phone to see how things are going.
