We have a warranty at the weld. Meaning if the chain breaks at the welding point we will re-weld it for you free of charge.

Permanent Jewelry is still jewelry and can break for a variety of reasons including but not limited to children tugging, catching on clothing, flexing/bending at the joints, etc. We discuss fit and get approval before the weld to prevent these issues as best we can however we are not responsible if the chain breaks elsewhere. In the event that you have a break in your chain bring it in! We will do our best to repair the chain for you and re-weld for a small fee*. We are also not responsible for lost chains and do not offer refunds for any reason.
