December 17 (1 pm): Happy Holidays by Gina McDonald (Capital Blue Cross Sr. Health Coach)

  • Wednesday, December 17, 2025; 1 - 2 pm
  • This session explores a variety of topics that might have previously prevented participants from having a healthy holiday season. The holidays are stressful, there are an abundance of sweets available, and then there are the big meals, the parties, and the endless pouring of high calorie beverages. There is more to do, which ends up meaning less time to be active and no time for self-care. Participants will learn how to manage all of these barriers and truly have a healthy and happy holiday season.

January 22 (1 pm): Exploring the Dimensions of Wellness by Juline Moussa

  • Thursday, January 22, 2026; 1 – 2 pm
  • Discover the eight interconnected areas of well-being including physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, environmental, financial, and occupational health. Attendees will learn strategies to create balance across these dimensions and discover practical ways to strengthen their personal wellness journey.

February 25 (11 am): Live Healthy, Stay Young at Heart by Nithya Sundar

  • Wednesday, February 25, 2026; 11 am – 12 pm
  • This session explores the essential habits for maintaining cardiovascular health at any age. Attendees will gain insight into heart-healthy eating, stress management, and active living, along with simple strategies to keep their hearts strong and energy high for years to come.

March 24 (12 pm): Lifestyle Basics for Good Gut Health by Kelsey Henry

  • Tuesday, March 24, 2026; 12 – 1 pm
  • Learn about the foundations of digestive wellness, exploring common symptoms, potential triggers, and the vital role of the gut in overall health. Attendees will gain practical tips for supporting a happy, healthy gut and learn actionable next steps to enhance their digestive health.

April 22 (11 am): Prevention Power: Taking Control of Your Well-Being by Caitlin Moran

  • Wednesday, April 22, 2026; 11 am – 12 pm
  • This session guides participants through essential tests, screenings, immunizations, healthy habits, and resources to build a strong foundation for lifelong health. Attendees will leave empowered to make proactive choices that support their physical and emotional wellness.

May 14 (12 pm): Empower Your Mind: Taking Charge of Your Emotional Well-Being by Gina McDonald

  • Thursday, May 14, 2026; 12 – 1 pm
  • Explores the connection between daily behaviors (such as sleep, nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and substance use) and overall mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Attendees will learn how these factors shape quality of life and walk away with practical  strategies to strengthen resilience, promote balance, and support long-term wellness.
