In light of the current impacts of COVID-19 in our state, we, unfortunately, have to make the difficult decision to cancel our Spring 2020 Developmental soccer season. As a result, here are the options available to each participant's registration of the aforementioned season :

We will email and post this link (Google Form) on our website to handle requests for one of three options:
• Apply Spring 2020 fees as a donation to Northside Church Sports & Rec. Ministries
• Request a credit minus a $20 operational fee* to be applied to Northside Fall 2020 Season of Developmental    Soccer League or Recreational Soccer League
• Request a refund minus a $20 operational fee* in the original form of payment.

The link will be active until May 31. Please fill out the form completely.

NOTE: If you do not indicate your choice by May 31, your registration will automatically be applied as a donation to Northside Church Sports & Rec. Ministry.

*Operational Fee - In this instance, as we were days away from the start of the season, we have certain expenses/costs inherent with preparing the season.  Here, it was cost of uniforms, as they cannot (without difficulty) be reused for a future season since they are custom (names.)  Good news is that while yes we are keeping the cost associated with them, I will be arranging a way to get those "custom" jerseys to you and your child as soon as we are physically back to work in our office. You bought it, so it's yours!
