2024 Party Like It's 1776 - The Muskogee Fair Vendor Application
We are very appreciative of the interest you have shown in Party Like It's 1776. This is a FREE to attend event for the patrons with live music, amusement rides, and the Rodeo. Based on past attendance between the two events, we anticipate 15,000 people will attend the 2024 event  this event is a first year event  . The event will take place July 12th and 13th. Vendor Show hours will be - Friday 4PM - 8PM. Saturday - 11:00 - 6:00PM. Vendors will be able to move outdoors during the concert for no additional charge. No vendors will be allowed to sell drinks or alcohol.

Please read the following information before completing this form. This information will be emailed to you after the completed form is received by the 1776 Fest LLC.

Booth Space and Fee: Each 10x10 Space is $150.00, Power is an additional $25.00 per booth.
Outdoor Vendor Space is $100.00.  
*10x10 booth space can be waived with sponsorship referral.
Non Profits, Social Groups, Sport teams, and Schools will have no fee's for a 10x10 booth rental. 
A 3.5% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
Show Dates: Friday, July 12 & Saturday, 13, 2024
Set-up Time: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM, Friday (7/12)
 
VENDORS WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING TO 1776 Fest LLC.
* A short video, photos, business cards, website address and/or a logo in order for the club to promote the business.
* At least one door prize for the scavenger hunt giveaways.
* A manned booth for the duration of their reservation.
Vendors understand:

* Booths will be given to the vendors on the waiting list if the booth  is not manned on the first day of the fair. * Refunds are not given for paid booths that are given to vendors on the waiting list.
*Applications are time-stamped as they are received.  This timestamp determines the order in which spaces are assigned but has no bearing on who will be selected for the show.
*You will be notified by email or telephone once you are accepted.  Staff will notify you within 7-10 business days from your submission date.
*There will be no refunds, although we can anticipate attendance, we can not guarantee attendance, this is a at your risk show.
