CCW Meeting - Attendance, Delegate and Proxy Form
Reporting form for CCW meeting attendance, delegates, and proxies.

CCW Executive Board Members, CCW Committee Chairmen, Unit Presidents, and Members at large (who may attend as non-voting guests)  must register at least 72 hours hours prior to the start of the meeting.

NOTE: Delegates and President Proxy's will be registered by the Unit President, however payment for attending will be needed prior to being able to send documents and information concerning attending persons. Unit Presidents registering delegates are responsible to get the payment information to your delegates and proxy.

Upon completion of this registration form, password information will be provided to pay for attendance; have a pen and paper handy.  SPRING MEETING and ALL ONLINE MEETING attendance fees are paid to California Cattlewomen, Inc.  at https://cattlewomen.org/shop/. and require the password provided at registration completion to purchase.  All meeting registrations paid are non-refundable.  

California Cattlewomen, Inc. utilizes PayPal to collect for Spring Meeting and Online meeting registrations.  If you do not have a PayPal account you can check out as a guest.

In person attendance registration payments for both the Mid Year Meeting and Convention are handled directly by California Cattlemen. To register and pay for in person attendance, visit calcattlemen.org and click on Events.
