CCW Meeting - Attendance, Delegate and Proxy Form
Reporting form for CCW meeting attendance, delegates, and proxies.

CCW Executive Board Members, CCW Unit Chairmen, Unit Presidents, and Members at large (who may attend as non-voting guests)  must register at least 48 hours hours prior to the start of the meeting.

NOTE: Delegates and President Proxy's will be registered by the Unit President.

Upon completion of this registration form, directions will be provided to pay for online attendance; have a pen and paper handy for the payment links and password that will be provided.  These payments are handled by California Cattlewomen.  Please utilize the PayPal option, and if you do not have a PayPal account you can check out as a guest.

In person registration payments for both the Mid Year Meeting and Convention are handled directly by California Cattlemen. To register and pay for in person attendance, visit calcattlemen.org and click on Events.

Note: If you are not sure how many voting delegates your unit is eligible for, please contact the current CCW
Secretary to verify the correct delegate number. The number of votes per county unit is determined by total
membership as submitted to the Membership Chair as of November 15th each year, for the following meeting year.
The number of votes is outlined as follows:
1-50 members: County President plus one delegate
51-100 members: County President plus two delegates
101-150 members: County President plus three delegates
151-200 members: County President plus four delegates
and continuing on at the rate of one new delegate for every additional 50 members
