Woodlawn Remote Learning Form
Please fill out the following information concerning your child. By filling out this form, you are requesting to sign up your child for remote learning starting August 17, 2020. If a remote learning option is chosen by the family and the student has an IEP, and Individualized Remote Learning Plan will be developed with student/parent involvement to address educational services.
Commitments to in-person or remote learning are for one quarter at a time. You will not be able to change to in-person learning until the 1st quarter is completed. This form MUST be completed by a parent or guardian by Aug 7, 2020. A separate form will need to be completed for each child in your household that you wish to enroll in remote learning.
Registration must be completed through normal district registration for your student to be enrolled for the school year as a remote learner.
Remote learners must have access to the internet. Remote learners will engage in live, in-person learning with classroom peers as well as assignments done outside of normal class times. The traditional grading polcies apply to all remote learners.
Please note, fully remote learners are still students of Woodlawn USD #209. If you choose to withdraw your student and provide home-schooling, your student will no longer be a student of the district.
