Dropbox Fax Customer Support
In order to streamline our fax line portability confirmation process, Dropbox Fax will no longer be utilizing this form to accept requests.

If you need to confirm whether or not your fax line(s) can be ported from your current service provider to Dropbox Fax, submit a request to support@hellofax.com and include the following:

• The fax line(s) you would like to port to Dropbox Fax.
• The country (i.e. United States or Canada) the referenced fax line(s) is/are located in.
• The current service provider for the referenced fax line(s).

If the referenced fax line(s) is/are portable, a member of our Customer Support team will guide you through the porting process. If the referenced fax line(s) is/are not portable, a member of our Customer Support team will be still be able to assist you with getting the most out of your Dropbox Fax subscription.

Note: We are currently unable to port fax lines outside of the United States/Canada or toll-free fax lines.
