As you know, your newly ratified collective bargaining agreement contains improved language regarding the Pharmacists’ Professional Relations Committee. The new language mandates that the committee have a pharmacist representative from each local and requires the committee to meet up to 4 times per year. The company must pay the pharmacist representatives for up to 90 minutes for their time in these meetings.
The purpose of this Committee is to discuss and find solutions to issues of concern relating to the practice of pharmacy including staffing, safety, and security in the workplace.
