*** Welcome to FAU! This information form contains three parts: Mandatory Immigration Orientation rsvp, Immigration Check-in rsvp, and the Pre-arrival quiz. Please complete all the parts of this form and click "Submit" at the bottom of the form. Upon submission, your IS hold may be tentatively removed if you meet the following criteria in addition to this registration:

- You already have an I-20 (for all students acquiring an initial I-20)
- You don't have an I-20 but you submitted all required supporting documents to the IS department (for all students acquiring a transfer I-20)

Immigration orientation is mandatory for all international students. Failure to attend will cause negative immigration consequences and will be noted in your record.*

Please rsvp for Fall 2018 Mandatory Check-in; bring the following documents to the IS office:

- Signed I-20 / DS-2019
- I-94 form
- Passport
- SEVIS I-901 Receipt

Immigration Check-in is mandatory for all international students. Failure to attend will cause negative immigration consequences and will be noted in your record.*

Please note that it takes 30 minutes to complete the immigration check-in process.
