DSWD Central Office Registry of Disaster Responders
As part of the Department's Disaster Preparedness measures, The Disaster Response Assistance and Management Bureau (DREAMB) is updating its database of Central Office employees to serve as members of Quick Response Teams when agency wide disaster response is activated. All DSWD employees are enjoined to register through this on-line form.


Registration and participation to the DSWD Registry of Disaster Responders is restricted to DSWD employees. All personal information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for official disaster response purposes. If you do not qualify or do not agree to these terms, you may not use this site.
