An 'In-Year' application is any application for a school place made outside the normal admissions rounds. The normal admissions rounds are for entry into school in September whereas the In-Year applications are for parents whoboth wish to change schools or who have moved to the area and need to start a new school during the academic year.
Whether you live in Hillingdon, or not, if you wish to apply for an in-year school place at Haydon School you can do so by completing this application form.
Once you have completed and submitted your application, your child will be added to our school waiting list and a member of the Admissions team will be in contact to discuss your application further.
Year 8 to 11 Applicants:-Applications being made for students wanting to join our Year 8 to 11 cohorts, please be advised that you should refer to the relevant 'KS4 Options Booklet' in advance of completing this form, as we will require you to select your subject choices. Please be aware that we will try our absolute best to accommodate your option choices where possible. Copies of the options booklets are available to download via the 'Applying for an in-year admission' section on our website.
Students with EHC Plans:-Applications being made for students with (EHCP) Educational Health Care Plans should NOT apply for a placement at our school via this form. Please in the first instance discuss with your local authority who will be able to assist and make the application on your behalf.
International Applicants:- International students are welcome to apply for a placement at Haydon School using this form, however prior to making an application please check your rights for attending a state funded school. Any questions regarding rights should be directed to the ‘Home Office Schools Referrals Team’ who can be contacted on email@example.com.
Transition Student Applications:-Those transitioning from primary to secondary school should not use this application form. Applications should be made via your local authority in the first instance, however applications may be made directly to the school once the local authority deadlines have past. Please contact our Admissions Office for more information.
Multiple Applications:-Please submit a separate application for each child.
