Submission Deadlines:Early Submission: Before March 10th - $5 per filmRegular Submission: By April 1st - $8 per filmFinal Deadline: By April 23rd - $15 per film
***Note: All international submissions (films submitted by students from schools outside the US) are free of charge.
Submission Rules:1. The film must be made by a student (or a group of students) who currently attends high school. No production or distribution company may be affiliated with the film. 2. The film length must be less than 20 minutes. We encourage films to aim for a film length between three to seven minutes long.3. All student films, regardless of their premiere status at other film festivals, may be submitted. We accept any film genre, including but not limited to narrative, documentary, experimental, and music video.4. The festival will not be held responsible for the unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials within or relating to the film.5. All films that contain a language other than English must provide on-screen english subtitles.6. The filmmaker must ensure that the submission fee is paid. If the submitter fails to comply with any of the rules above, the festival reserves the right to disqualify any film submitted by the student or teacher.
