Parent Teacher Association (PTA) Diversity & Inclusion Survey
Greetings parents. The Parent Teacher Association of Howard County (PTAHC) would like to gather information about your experiences with your student's school's PTA. We will use this information to assist PTAHC and HCPSS in developing a comprehensive strategy to ensure all families of students in our district are active participants in the PTA throughout the district. Responses will be kept confidential by PTAHC president, Vicky Cutroneo and HCPSS Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Dr. Kevin Gilbert.  Any reporting or sharing will maintain the anonymity of the respondent to the extent possible.

You will notice throughout the survey we use the terms diverse and inclusive. The specifics of diversity includes, but is not limited to, race/ethnicity , gender, gender identity, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, language, culture, religion/beliefs, mental and physical ability, age, and nationality.  When we use the term inclusive, we mean all individuals are a part of the PTA  community and  feel valued, respected, appreciated, and embraced.

This survey was developed with input from Vicky Cutroneo, Dr. Kevin Gilbert, and parent, Sabina Taj.

Thank you for taking your time to respond to this survey.
