Liability Waiver:

Please read this liability waiver carefully. By participating in activities and using the facilities at Olivia’s Playhouse and Indoor Playground, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that there are inherent risks associated with participating in indoor playground activities. These risks include, but are not limited to, slips, falls, collisions, and injuries resulting from the use of play structures, equipment, and interactive exhibits. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks associated with them.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Olivia’s Playhouse and Indoor Playground, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during my visit to the indoor playground.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olivia’s Playhouse and Indoor Playground, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from or related to my participation in indoor playground activities or the use of the facilities, regardless of whether such claims are brought by me, my family members, or third parties.

Compliance with Rules and Instructions: I agree to comply with all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by Olivia’s Playhouse and Indoor Playground. I understand that failure to do so may result in injury to myself or others. I will use the play structures, equipment, and facilities in a safe and responsible manner.

Parental/Guardian Responsibility: For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign this liability waiver on their behalf. The parent or guardian agrees to assume all responsibilities and liabilities arising from the minor's participation in indoor playground activities.

Photographic and Video Release: I grant Olivia’s Playhouse and Indoor Playground the permission to capture photographs or videos of myself or my child during the visit. These images or videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and the company's website.

Severability: If any provision of this liability waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS LIABILITY WAIVER. I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS WAIVER, I AM RELEASING OLIVIA’S PLAYHOUSE AND INDOOR PLAYGROUND FROM ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN INDOOR PLAYGROUND ACTIVITIES.
