Grief Relief Project!
Hi all,

Please take this survey as it will help me with my Center for Citizenship and Social Responsibility (CCSR) project for 2017-2018. I'm making a video to emphasis the idea of grief through various perspectives and how to handle it. School systems show how to handle bullying, sexual harassment, violent relationships, so why not grief?

Please answer as many questions as you can with your own personal thoughts and believes. If you don't know a question, answer it to the best of your ability. If a question makes you uncomfortable, don't feel obligated to answer it completely.

This survey works best on a computer rather than a smart phone and design to be 5-15 minutes long, depending on how much you want to answer.

All of your answers will be kept anonymous to the general public.

If you need to contact me, feel free to email me at ktruong19@medford.k12.ma.us or message me on instagram @kylietruong_

Thanks!
Kylie Truong
