If you are interested in coaching in any capacity during the 2025-26 hockey season, please fill out this application fully and the Strathmore Minor Hockey Coaching committee will review and contact you if needed.

This season you must supply a completed Vulnerable Record Search and Respect in Sport for Leaders prior to stepping on the ice. If you have a Vulnerable Record Search from this calendar year, it will be acceptable. Keep in mind, this Record Search will take a minimum of 1 week to obtain. Respect in Sport for Leaders is usually transferable between sports. If needed, SMH can supply a code to complete this training.
