Please use this form to request Hardware support for an Alpena Public Schools Chromebook. Hardware is considered the device itself which includes charging issues, accidental damage - including a broken screen or keys not working, etc.

Please Note: All recipients of a device were provided insurance information to protect against accidental damage. Some items may/may not be covered by insurance and if insurance wasn't purchased, the parent/guardian may be responsible to cover the cost of the repairs.
