Sequim Lavender Festival is July 23, 24, and 25th, 2023.

Volunteers are a vital part of the Sequim Lavender Festival®.
Join our team and become a Lavender Ambassador!!

All volunteers will receive a 2023 Sequim Lavender Festival poster and a Lavender Festival t-shirt to be worn during your volunteer shift!  And the joy of being an Ambassador for the Lavender Capital of the Northwest, Celebrate Lavender®

If you are under the age of 18, please have your parent/guardian contact the Director at: directorlavenderfestival@gmail.com to allow you to volunteer. You will need to have a signed consent form in order to volunteer.
Forms will be provided during Training. Training date and location will be emailed out to you.

We have two information booths at the festival; each will be manned or womened with 3 to 4 volunteers.  These booths primarily distribute the city-produced maps and the newspaper guide containing information about the farms. Other information provided is typically directions to restrooms, ATM machines, busses, local destinations and the like.  
Training will be provided before the festival. We are still coordinating dates and locations and will email them to you once we have them.

Volunteer Agreement
I understand that by volunteering for the Sequim Lavender Festival, I become a Team Lavender Ambassador of the Festival to the public and agree to conduct myself appropriately at all times during my volunteer work. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sequim Lavender Festival, Sequim Lavender Growers Association, City of Sequim, Clallam County, all Festival sponsors, and their agents, employees, contractors, or volunteers from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney’s fees, resulting from and arising out of the Festival.
