Dear Vendor,

The Shippensburg Area Chamber of Commerce presents the third annual BLOOM FESTIVAL, Saturday, June 9, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in designated areas of downtown Shippensburg, PA. The event will be held rain or shine. The festival will be comprised of plant, flower, produce, craft and other retail vendors along with food vendors and service organizations. The festival also has a children’s area which will provide activities and information for the youngest attendees.

FESTIVAL LOCATION:
The Festival will be located in the Shippensburg Borough parking lot, Shippensburg Police lot, McCreary Avenue, the pedestrian walkway between the Shippensburg Post Office and the Historical Society, and the Shippensburg Firefighters Activity Center.

The deadline for application is Friday, May 25, 2018. Submission of an application does not guarantee your acceptance to the Festival. A limited number of vendors and service organizations will be accepted to the Festival. There is a $10 late fee for applications received after the deadline.

Retail/Craft Vendors:
o 10' x 10' spaces are available for $65.00
o 10' x 20' spaces are available for $110.00

Food Vendors
o 10' x 20' minimum space available for $125.00
o $50.00 for each additional 10' x 10' space

Service Organizations
o A limited number of service organizations will be accepted to the festival for a fee of $25.00
o To qualify for a booth, you may not sell any product or service at the booth, but may provide free information or
educational materials
o Booth space is 10’x10’

Chamber members receive a $15.00 discount (excluding food spaces). Please submit clear pictures of the items you are planning to display or sell.

Vendors are encouraged to incorporate the Bloom theme in their booth space.

Participants must provide their own tables, chairs and pop-up tent. Set-up will be from 6am-8am and each stand must be set up and cars moved to a parking space by 8:30am for the 9am event start. Stands may not be torn down until the festival ends at 3pm. Cars will not be allowed onto the event location until 3:15pm. You will be informed of your space location one week prior to the event.

A check for the applicable amount must be made payable to “Shippensburg Area Chamber of Commerce” and a self-addressed stamped envelope must mailed to the Shippensburg Chamber office. To pay by credit card, please visit our website at www.ShippensburgBloomFestival.com. If, for any reason, your application is not accepted, the Committee will inform you by mail and return your check to you.

The undersigned agrees and acknowledges they are responsible for negotiating their sales and collecting the money and any applicable sales tax. *
