Currently, there are a minimum of 5 conference calls scheduled through the months prior to the trip. The team leader is expected to lead the majority of these calls. Create an agenda for one of the calls. Please refer back to the timeline (attached to email) to get an idea of what topics should be covered during each call. Feel free to add more or deviate from the listed topics.

During the trip, we will have nightly reflection sessions as a group. What leading questions would you pose to guide the conversation? Include one-two questions for every day we are there.
Total of 6 nights. The The goal of these sessions is to have sisters relate back our experience to our four goals and to process what we did for the day.
