If you finish your registration here, you will reserve a spot in the Roundnet Clash 25 and get a reservation email with further steps. Transfer methods and details are below and will be included in the reservation email.
Payment & Refund Policy ā€“ Roundnet Clash 2025
1. Payment Details
  • Camp Price:
    • Early Bird (paid before April 30, 2025): 200ā‚¬
    • Standard Price (paid from April 30 until May 31, 2025): 230ā‚¬Ā 
    • Late bird price (paid after May 31.2025):Ā 250ā‚¬Ā 

  • Possible discounts:

    • Returning Player (Clash ā€˜23 or ā€˜24 participant) - 10ā‚¬ discount*
    • Group of 4+ with a car - 10ā‚¬ discount/person*
      Group discount will be paid back after the delivery of the proof of transportation.
    • Latvian community member - 30ā‚¬ discount*

  • Optional Trip Price: Estimated 40-80ā‚¬ per day (final amount depends on the number of participants and transportation arrangements).
  • The trip payment method and price will be determined separately and communicated individually.
*Ā The Returning Player, Group and Latvian community member discounts do not stack and are available only for the camp duration.

Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Your spot is confirmed only after full payment is received. You will receive a confirmation emailĀ  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  within 3-7 days after payment.

3. Installment Payment Option

To provide greater flexibility for participants, it is possible to pay the camp fee in multiple installments. The first payment must be at least 100 EUR, and the remaining balance must be fully paid no later than June 15. 2025.

If you wish to pay in parts, you must inform us via email at gustavs@roundnet.lv immediately after registration but before making the first payment. In the email, please specify the amount and dates of each planned payment.

A participantā€™s spot is only guaranteed once the full payment has been received. If the full amount is not paid by the final deadline, the refund policy will apply accordingly.

4. Refund Policy

Full Refund (100% of paid amount)
Ā  Ā  Ā If you cancel before April 30, 2025.

Partial Refund (50% of paid amount)
Ā  Ā  Ā If you cancel between May 1 ā€“ June 15, 2025.

No Refund
Ā  Ā  Ā If you cancel after June 15, 2025 or fail to attend.

Transfer Option
Ā  Ā  Ā If you canā€™t come, you can transfer your spot to another player. You must inform us via email atĀ  gustavs@roundnet.lvĀ before June 30, 2025.

5. Event Cancellation by Organizers

If the camp or the trip is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions), we will:

  • Offer full refunds or
  • Provide a credit for next yearā€™s camp.
