ViMLoC Mentee Application Form
The Visible Minority Librarians of Canada (ViMLoC) Network Mentorship Program is now accepting mentee applications for the Fall 2018 session! Applications will close on August 30th, 2018. This session will run from October 1st to November 30th. We hope to recruit visible minority LIS students, new librarians, and new immigrant librarians who want to be matched with a mentor.

Applicants to the program are expected:
· To commit to the full term of the session.
· To keep in touch with their mentorship partner a minimum of twice per month (by email, phone, Skype or other means of communication upon mutual agreement).
· To complete an exit survey (online) at the close of the session.

Please note that personal information collected through our mentorship program will only be used to facilitate and connect our matches. Aggregated data will be used for assessment and educational purposes.
