Use this form to request that a prepaid UPS return shipping label be emailed to you to use to return ONLY Interlibrary Loan and UNCG owned library materials borrowed from the UNCG Libraries.

DO NOT use this from to return UNCG Bookstore rental books. In order to ensure that credit is received for returning them, they must be returned to the bookstore during store hours,
