We are trying to define the core competencies of an IXP (Inexperienced) developer, We have defined some basic areas.
The idea of an IXP is someone that has the basic knowledge to use Drupal, and the skills to start gaining experience as part of a dev team.
Please check what you think are a MUST to be considered an IXP and go through the process that will be defined by the initiative.
This is based of this document worked by some of the supporters of this initiative.
Remember, we are trying to set an entry point of an IXP, this is not a junior skillset.
