Work Trade Refundable Ticket DepositsWork Trade Staff will be required to provide a Refundable Ticket Deposit which ReKinection will hold until work is completed.
If you do not show up to your assigned shifts, your work trade ticket deposit will be kept as payment for your ticket to the festival. This ensures those who are granted free entry in exchange for work do show up to work, or pay for their ticket. The ticket deposit required is the current price of a full event pass. You will also receive a work trade team shirt when you show up for your first shift!
We will send you a link to pay your deposit & a form to sign up for shifts after you fill out the application. We recommend paying & signing up for your shifts right away before prices go up or we run out of work trade spots. All deposits MUST be paid 30 days prior to the festival.
Work Trade spots are limited and are on a first come first serve basis. If we have filled all of the work trade shifts, and you have not yet paid your deposit, you will be put on the waitlist.
Requirements & Other Information
*Work trade team members get FREE early entry on Tuesday. We recommend arriving the day before you work to get your camp set up.
Work Trade Staff will be required to work (3) 5 hour shifts. You may be asked, in times of need, to work in a different position depending on the needs of the event at the time of your shift.
Work Trade Staff must be 18 years of age or older and sign a Liability Release Waiver.
Refundable Work Trade Ticket Deposits will be returned for those who show up to all required shifts within 7 business days after the last day of the festival.
