Here is your Crosstalk Ministries Day Camps application form. 

For 2027, CTM  is offering two versions of the “Luke Street” Day Camp Program, in which we will be exploring five pivotal stories from the Gospel of Luke, each set in  a different :"house":

The information in section 2 gives details of these options. Once you have decided which one best fits your situation, please fill out this form and return it to us in Drive. 

If you are new to CTM Day Camps, we suggest you explore the Churches and Communities Tab on the Day Camps Website https://daycamps.crosstalkministries.ca  where you will find further details about our programs and resources.

 If you are looking to host a Day Camp at another time of year (eg Christmas Holidays, Spring Break etc.) please contact the CTM Office and we will be happy to discuss options from our pool of past programs.

As soon as we receive your completed application and payment we will send you confirmation of acceptance and a link to your acceptance package. Payments may be made via donations@crosstalkministries.ca  (please indicate “Day Camp Program 2027”) OR via cheque to our mailing address:
