Volunteer Application for Gaia's Gathering 2025
If you opened this application you must be ready to take some inspired action! We are calling on many hands to make light-work! We focus on inclusivity, equity, and positive impact. 

Gaia's Gathering is an Earth Consciousness Family Gathering and we come together this year August 22-24 near Ojo Caliente in Northern New Mexico.

 This $50's is just to hold your spot and keep volunteers accountable. In the past we have had too many no-shows which puts stress on our core team. The staff has already worked very hard to put this event together and can't take on too many extra tasks.

Build Crew: Come camp out before Gaia's Gathering, drop in with the land and community, and help with the construction. Starts August 12th and goes Until August 20th. You can camp on the property and your refund will be given before the event begins. 

Stage Hand: You will be working on the main stage and closely with artists, musicians, teachers, and leaders. *Must have experience working with sound tech.

Land Lover: Our primary supporting role, Land Lovers are involved with maintaining the grounds, keeping the peace, and protecting the environment with the intention of stewarding an atmosphere of respect that is safe for all. * Needs to be able to carry a 5 gal jug of water to a wheel barrel and down a hill to the drinking stations. 

Green Team: On duty as trash, recycling, and compost team. Answering questions, keeping it clean, and just working as needed at any point during the festival or after for clean-up. 

Welcome Party: The key is to smile and wave! You are the first face many participants will encounter. Be friendly, check ID's and give out wristbands, then help people find their way. There will be someone with you to answer questions and handle payments. 

Parking Attendant: Working as a team to neatly park the cars that will be onsite. Also a smile and wave kind of game with some tetris skills.
